It isn’t enough just to display a phone number or address in the footer of your website, or on your Contact page. Make the important details part of your header! A list of appropriate info would include, but is not limited to: full business name, phone number, service areas, social media connections, the option to write a review, email address, or perhaps the owner’s picture. That’s a long list, so you should only include the information that is applicable to your business.
Outside of the header, just make sure that your customers have ample opportunity throughout the website to connect with your business. Don’t make it hard for them, because in this fast-paced day and age, they won’t search for long before moving on to a different company.
You’ve heard it before, and we’ll say it again: responsive design is crucial for online success. Responsive web design will make your site visually appealing for both desktop and mobile users, but responsive designs also tend to load faster and they are easier to navigate.
